Your physiotherapy practice in Dudelange

Graduating from the Lunex University in Differdange in April 2021, I’m a passionate, curious and attentive practitioner, always keen to offer the most appropriate treatment for each patient. My aim? To offer you effective treatment, while ensuring that each session is as pleasant as possible.

I’m particularly attentive to helping seniors preserve their independence, relieve their pain and improve their quality of life.

Specialized care :

• Geriatric rehabilitation: falls prevention, muscle strengthening, improving balance and mobility, post-operative support (hip and knee replacements, etc.), chronic pain management (osteoarthritis, low back pain, rheumatism, etc.).
• Respiratory pathologies: management of pulmonary disorders (COPD, respiratory insufficiency, post-COVID rehabilitation, etc.).
• Orthopedic and traumatological disorders: rehabilitation after fractures, sprains, tendonitis, or any surgical procedure.
• Neurological disorders: management of stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis…

I speak French and English and welcome you to my office from Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm (except Wednesdays). I also offer home consultations for people with reduced mobility.

As soon as I obtained my master’s degree in physiotherapy in LUNEX (Luxembourg), I joined the NOVENA practice, where I treat a variety of pathologies: neurological, musculoskeletal and cardio-respiratory, from infants to the elderly.

To complete my practice, I took several training courses:

• Temporomandibular disorder: jaw disorders (2024)
• Maxillofacial rehabilitation: dyspraxia of ventilation, swallowing, phonation, mastication and tongue posture (2024)
• Hand and wrist rehabilitation (2024)
• Rehabilitation of the painful shoulder (2024)
• Management of neck pain (2025)

I therefore specialize in the treatment of jaw and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, including associated pathologies such as bruxism (unconscious grinding or clenching of the teeth).

Jaw and TMJ disorders can lead to a variety of symptoms, such as jaw pain, clicking and/or popping, a feeling of blockage when opening the mouth, persistent headaches, neck pain and muscle tension.

The causes are often multiple: stress, poor posture, muscular imbalances, dental anomalies (missing teeth, trauma, surgery) or lifestyle habits.

With the right treatment, these symptoms can be relieved and their recurrence prevented.

I graduated from LUNEX University in Differdange in September 2024 with a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, specializing in neurology, and joined the Novena practice in December 2024.

Passionate about neurology and pediatrics, my studies and internships in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and private practices have enabled me to develop solid skills not only in neurology and pediatrics, but also in orthopedics and traumatology.

I offer personalized care for respiratory and neurological pathologies, functional rehabilitation of the limbs and trunk, as well as massage and post-operative rehabilitation.
In order to deepen my knowledge, I will be taking a course in lymphatic drainage at the Institut de Pelvipérinéologie in my first year. I’d also like to continue honing my skills in pediatrics, particularly in the rehabilitation of foot malposition, torticollis, plagiocephaly and delayed motor acquisition.

I welcome you to the practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 7pm, and on Saturdays from 12pm to 6pm, and also offer home sessions.

Graduating in July 2023 from the École Supérieure d'Ostéopathie de Paris (France), I completed five years of continuing education, including clinical practice from the third year in the school's in-house clinic. This experience enabled me to accumulate over 1,500 hours of clinical practice, and to care for over 200 patients.

This training gave me solid expertise in many theoretical disciplines such as anatomy, biomechanics, physiopathology and psychology, while enabling me to master a wide range of osteopathic techniques (structural, visceral, cranial and facial).

I treat all patient profiles, from infants to the elderly, including athletes and pregnant women. After graduating, I had the opportunity to work in several practices in Paris and Metz, as well as collaborating with various sports clubs. These experiences enriched my practice and strengthened my professional confidence.

In 2024, I completed a specialization in osteopathic emergencies, focusing on the management of acute spinal pain in the context of torticollis and lumbago. I wish to continue training in various fields in order to enrich and adapt my practice to the needs of my patients.

I speak French and English, and will be delighted to welcome you to the office on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In-home sessions are also available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
